This hands-on class invites you to explore aspects of your body, thoughts, and habits to find more efficient ways to use them, specifically for singing. We will transfer theory into practical exercises for alignment and singing with ease, applicable for quartets and choruses. Discover how the Alexander Technique can help you become more aware of your actions and make positive changes for a better singing experience.
